The island of Aruba has officially launched its own immersive travel planning app, myAruba, for travelers to make the most out of their visit to the “One Happy Island.”
By using myAruba, travelers can save their favorite places and experiences to build a custom itinerary they can manage while visiting the island. The app allows you to uncover places to explore, eat, stay, play, relax and more. Categories include beaches, arts and culture, health and wellness, water activities, casinos, spas, car tours, and more. If you need inspiration, you can check out the locally sourced itineraries on the “ideas” tab.
Themes available on the app include:
- Dreams Do Come True: Your local island adventures.
- One Happy Family: Activities your kids will love too.
- One with Nature: Escape the daily hustle and bustle and discover the natural beauties of Aruba.
- Slow it Down: Enjoy your luxurious getaway and indulge in all the best Aruba has to offer.
- Instant Local: Riding solo? Enjoy just you and the island!
When a user views their plan of a fleshed-out itinerary, myAruba will show them how to navigate their trip, allowing them to adjust activities and views as well as walking or driving directions.
Good to know for travel advisors: Users cannot book the experiences through the app. That said, you are provided a direct phone number and website booking link for each experience in your itinerary to streamline the process.
