BodyHoliday is joining the team that’s bringing the new Wellness Music Festival to St. Lucia. The festival will feature live music from renowned global artists and a Wellness Village complete with local cuisine, health-based conversations, spa treatments and more, all happening on Pigeon Island from September 24-26, 2020.
The new Wellness Music Festival in St. Lucia is intended for those who want to experience the “relaxing and revitalizing power of music” along with the added benefits of wellness-specific activities. Intimate concerts have been scheduled, including headliner Dee Dee Bridgewater, a three-time Grammy and Tony Award-winning jazz musician.
Other artists in attendance will include Tony Momrelle and Ronald "Boo" Hinkson. Tony Momrelle was the lead male vocalist in the famous British acid-jazz band Incognito for more than 16 years before launching his solo career in 2015. He has toured with Earth, Wind & Fire, Gloria Estefan, Celine Dion, Janet Jackson, Whitney Houston, Chaka Khan and Andrea Bocelli. Ronald "Boo" Hinkson is a gifted composer, producer and guitarist. He has written top 10 songs for various reggae artists, calypsonians and rhythm and blues performers locally, regionally and internationally.
The curated Wellness Village has been designed to uplift, nourish and help to center festival-goers by offering on-site spa treatments, expert conversations about mind and body, locally sourced, health-forward cuisine—including vegan and vegetarian options—and a variety of St. Lucian-inspired beverages.
Travelers can take advantage of the exclusive Festival Package available at BodyHoliday, which includes accommodations, daily spa treatments at The Wellness Centre, more than 40 included on-property activities each day, daily snacks and meals, along with access to the VIP Festival Launch Event, and VIP festival entrance.
