Travelers sailing the Danube can choose to renew their vows aboard AmaWaterways’ newest ship AmaMagna. Starting May 2019, guests sailing between Vilshofen and Budapest can choose the “Renewal of Vows” package.
This offer includes a symbolic ceremony, souvenir certificate, bottle of champagne upon arrival and turndown service. Gift certificates for a manicure or pedicure and two one-hour massages are also provided.
Couples can opt for the package, $499 per pair, aboard all AmaMagna cruises starting next May. Friends and family are welcome and if the couple books with a total of 10 guests, the cruise line will waive the package fee.
AmaMagna stretches to twice the width of traditional river cruise ships. It accommodates 196 guests across 98 staterooms, over half of which are suites that include full balconies. Passengers may visit one of two new dining options, Jimmy’s Wine Bar Restaurant or the Al Fresco Restaurant.
Active travelers can take hiking and biking tours as part of the cruise’s complementary daily excursion program. On the ship, the Sun Deck swimming pool and Zen Wellness Studio provide guests an opportunity to rest and relax.
River cruise company AmaWaterways operates 23 ships throughout Europe and in Asia and Africa. Ships sail along the Danube, Rhine, Moselle, Main, Rhone, Seine, Garonne, Dordogne, Douro, Mekong and Chobe Rivers, as well as the Dutch and Belgian waterways.
