Due to popular demand, Aqua Expeditions has announced the addition of two new departures on the Aria Amazon river cruise ship in Peru for the upcoming winter season. Departure dates on November 27 and December 1 have been added to the schedule, allowing more passengers to experience the “high-water” season on the luxury cruise.
At 147 feet long, the Aria Amazon offers 16 spacious staterooms, with a full itinerary of events and attractions that include:
- Wildlife excursions with jungle hikes across suspended bridges
- Active experiences like fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and biking
- Live on-board entertainment and movie nights
- Stargazing by telescope
- Spa treatments
- 5-star cuisine by Chef Pedro Miguel Schiaffino
The vessel also sports a Jacuzzi, a gym, a sundeck, and floor to ceiling windows designed by Jordi Puig.
For Aqua Expeditions, this is not the first time they have expanded their operations.
In 2014, the company expanded its services to Indochina with the launch of the Aqua Mekong Cruise. Equipped with 20 designer suites, a full gym, an upper deck pool, an outdoor cinema, and other amenities, the Aqua Mekong sails between Cambodia and Vietnam along the Mekong River.
The news of more departures on the Aria Amazon is another mark of growing business around the world for the luxury cruise line.
