Atlas Ocean Voyages has added new vegan dining dishes and enhancements to its culinary offerings, including plant-based dishes inspired by the world's diverse cuisines.
Recognizing the growing demand for vegan cuisine, Atlas has curated a menu that celebrates the flavors of plant-based ingredients. The vegan menu showcases a fusion of international flavors and innovative culinary techniques, ensuring a diverse dining experience for vegan travelers. The dishes are artfully presented and use locally sourced, sustainable ingredients wherever possible. The menu caters to various dietary preferences. The vegan menu is now available on all Atlas Ocean Voyages' expeditions.
New dishes include Fresh Beets Niçoise Salad, comprising beets, green beans, tomatoes, capers and potatoes; a Mushroom Stroganoff, served with a whiskey sauce, gherkins and capers, accompanied by basmati rice; the Oyster Mushroom Ceviche, which combines pickled raw oyster mushrooms, citrus juice, cilantro cress, chili peppers, red onions, corn kernels and a sweet potato purée; and the Ensalada de Brotes, a combination of sprouts, hearts of palm, tomatoes, avocado and a chili pepper vinaigrette. Dessert options are highlighted with the Woodland Wonder Cacao Confection.
Complementing the new menu is a dedicated vegan breakfast corner with vegan croissants, Danish pastries, hummus and more. Lunch offers a selection that changes daily, while a plant-based Vegan Steak is available at 7Aft Grill for dinner. The all-day menu in Paula’s Pantry now includes a Vegan Muesli Power Bar, and the 24-hour room-service menu also includes botanically inspired BBQ Chicken Pizza and The Impossible Delight burger to round out the offering.
