Carnival Cruise Line is extending the schedules of Carnival Liberty and Carnival Valor from New Orleans, as well as Carnival Panorama from its homeport of Long Beach. The new cruises widen Carnival’s array of vacation options, available throughout 2026 and into early 2027.
Carnival Liberty and Carnival Valor will offer a variety of sailings connecting New Orleans with popular destinations in the eastern, western and southern Caribbean, as well as the Bahamas. From Long Beach, Carnival Panorama will sail to popular Mexican Riviera destinations.
In New Orleans, Carnival recently celebrated 30 years of year-round service and welcomed its 7 millionth guest to embark from the port. Carnival Valor will sail four- and five-day Western Caribbean cruises, including stops in popular Mexican ports such as Cozumel and Progreso throughout 2026 and early 2027.
Carnival Liberty will present a mix of week-long Western and Eastern Caribbean options. Among the ports included in the itineraries is Celebration Key, Carnival’s new exclusive destination opening in 2025, Belize, Mahogany Bay, Montego Bay, Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Key West, Nassau and Half Moon Cay, an exclusive destination that will be expanded in 2026. In addition, there are two six-day Western Caribbean and two eight-day Eastern Caribbean options, as well as a unique 14-day round-trip Carnival Journeys cruise departing November 29, 2026 that visits Cozumel, Montego Bay, Curacao, Aruba, Colombia, Costa Rica and Colon, Panama, from which shore excursions to tour the Panama Canal are available for purchase.
Popular Mexican Riviera destinations are featured on six- to eight-day itineraries from Long Beach aboard Carnival Panorama. Guests can choose among itineraries that includes visits to Cabo San Lucas and Ensenada, as well as Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlán and La Paz. The ship recently completed a dry dock that introduced several enhancements and new features, including new retail shops and a non-smoking casino.
