International Voyager has announced that AmaWaterways is now a preferred vendor and cruises can be booked on its site, CruiseDirect.com. AmaWaterways is the second river cruise line to join the company.
AmaWaterways is a luxury cruise line that sails to Europe, Asia, and Africa. Guests who book on cruisedirect.com have access to the cruise line's online resources, including their team of Ama-certified concierges.
Gary Murphy, AmaWaterways vice president of sales, says that the company is excited to add International Voyager and its collection of travel companies to their list of distribution partners.
Recently, AmaWaterways expanded its sales team and named Alex Pinelo director of sales in Latin America. The company also recently launched a new river cruise to Vietnam and Cambodia through the Mekong River. This ship will make stops at rural villages, historic sites, floating markets, and a Buddhist monastery. Guests will stay overnight in Cambodia’s capital Phnom Penh.
River cruises include shore excursions in every port of call; all dining on board, including The Chef’s Table specialty restaurant; fine wine, beer and soft drinks with lunch and dinner; internet access and Wi-Fi; as well as bicycles to use at ports solo or on a guided bike tour.
CruiseDirect.com works with industry suppliers offering special rates in order to give customers savings. The website offers everything travelers need to know about a cruise including live pricing and availability, customer reviews, CDC ratings, and illustrative maps.
