HX Expeditions Launches Largest-Ever Travel Advisor Incentive

Celebrating 130 years of expedition heritage, HX Expeditions has unveiled “Sell 3 – Sail for Free,” its largest-ever global travel advisor incentive. As part of its anniversary celebrations, HX is rewarding travel advisors around the world with an exclusive opportunity: advisors who make three new deposited bookings on eligible HX expedition cruises between July 1 and October 31, 2025 will earn the chance to sail for free—with a guest—on one of HX’s 2026 voyages.

A total of 130 prize places (65 cabins for two adults) will be awarded worldwide, offering advisors the chance to experience firsthand the transformational nature of an HX expedition cruise lasting 12 nights or fewer. This unprecedented campaign is one of several new initiatives designed to thank the travel trade for their support.

The announcement follows a series of trade-focused investments, including the rollout of a new co-branded marketing platform through Approach Guides and an expanded Americas team—all designed to empower advisors with smarter tools, greater earning potential and access to the fastest-growing segment in cruise.

  • Eligible bookings: New FIT bookings on HX voyages departing in 2025, 2026 or 2027
  • Prize: One complimentary expedition cruise for two adults in 2026 (flights not included)
  • Entry deadline: November 7, 2025 (12 a.m. GMT) via the official entry form
  • Selection process: First come, first served based on voyage availability
  • Restrictions: Limit one prize per individual; group, interline and advisor rate bookings are not eligible

Qualifying travel advisors must submit their bookings through the official entry form by the deadline on their local B2B portal. Once validated, winners will be invited to choose from a list of eligible prize voyages for 2026.
