MSC Cruises has announced that MSC Virtuosa will introduce new entertainment offerings this summer while sailing to destinations such as the Norwegian Fjords, the “Northern Pearls” cities, the Canary Islands and the Atlantic coast of Europe from the ship’s homeport in Southampton.
The headline act to the new lineup is “Dirty Dancing: In Concert,” a 90-minute live-to-film concert experience complete with a live band, singers and dancers performing in sync with the movie. Debuting on July 10, just in time for European summer vacations, MSC Virtuosa will join the line’s recently announced introduction of the live-to-film concert in the Caribbean aboard MSC World America. Guests will have multiple chances to enjoy “Dirty Dancing: In Concert” during each sailing, including a matinee on sea days. They can also join the celebration and sing along at a “Dirty Dancing”-themed afterparty.

Guests can also enjoy two new shows in the main theater: “Songbook Abba,” highlighting hits by ABBA, and “Starwalker,” highlighting Michael Jackson’s iconic songs.
Additional entertainment highlights aboard MSC Virtuosa include “Hall of Fame,” a live concert celebrating pop legends, which initially debuted onboard MSC World America; two new cirque aerial shows at the Carousel Lounge, launching in June and autumn; new daytime activities including sports, games and entertainment for guests of all ages; the MSC Street Theatre, offering surprise pop-up performances throughout the ship including poolside, bars, restaurants and the promenade; new family-focused entertainment options including game shows, parties, technology-driven experiences and quizzes; and a “LEGO Family Game Show,” a timed team challenge using colorful bricks, as well as a “LEGO Family Parade” with LEGO walkabouts to entertain children of all ages throughout the ship.
