MSC Cruises has announced plans to introduce new parties and themed events across its U.S. fleet, with options for everyone from solo travelers to large families.
The “Family Deck Party” is arriving on MSC Divina’s seven-night sailings from Port Canaveral this month. It will feature classic fair and carnival games, a jumping castle, gladiator and Zorb-Sumo matches, balloon animals, face painting and prizes. Finger foods and desserts will be provided during the event. The party will debut on MSC Meraviglia when it arrives in the U.S. in October.
The line’s “International Meet” cocktail and dinner is coming to MSC Divina’s seven-night sailings, offering a casual atmosphere for guests interested in meeting travelers of the 180+ nationalities commonly represented onboard. The event will feature beverages and selections from the line’s refreshed menus.
Other onboard activities include “Veterans Get Together” (Available on MSC Seashore and MSC Divina); “LGBTQIAP+ Get Together” (Available on MSC Seashore and MSC Divina); “Solo Travelers Cocktail Party” (Available on MSC Seashore and MSC Divina); “Cup Cake Decoration” (Available on MSC Seashore); and “Romantic Couples Under the Stars” (Available on MSC Seashore).
As part of the line’s Caribbean itineraries for summer 2022, MSC Seashore will depart PortMiami with alternating seven-night itineraries to the western and eastern Caribbean. Destinations include Puerto Plata, Ocho Rios, George Town, St. Thomas, San Juan and Cozumel. MSC Divina will sail from Port Canaveral/Orlando on cruises between three and seven nights to the Caribbean with destinations including Costa Maya, Cozumel and Nassau.
In winter, MSC Seashore will continue with its alternating seven-night itineraries to the western and eastern Caribbean. MSC Meraviglia will sail from Port Canaveral/Orlando starting October 13, 2022, offering three- to seven-night cruises to the Caribbean with destinations including Nassau, Costa Maya, Cozumel and Belize City. MSC Divina will depart PortMiami, offering a range of three- to 10-night itineraries. Ports of call include Belize City, Isla de Roatan, Costa Maya, Ocho Rios, Cartagena, Colon and Puerto Limon.
Each of the above itineraries will also call at Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, MSC Cruises’ private island in the Bahamas.
