This summer, Riviera Travel launched Riviera Explorer. The new digital learning platform offers everything travel advisors need to help sell, promote and understand Riviera Travel. These assets include brochures, window posters, social media post templates, training videos and more to offer an accessible and approachable way for advisors to expand their knowledge of the brand and river cruise industry.
Since the platform’s summer launch, close to 500 advisors have signed on to complete the tailored training courses, with over 2,000 modules accomplished and nearly 9,000 explorer points earned. As of this month, 130 travel advisors have successfully graduated from the program, gaining invaluable training and insights to elevate their careers and their commitment to their clients.
