Riviera River Cruises has introduced a new Croatian yacht cruise for 2023. On the “Split, Hvar and the Delights of Dalmatia Yacht Cruise,” guests will board the twin-masted MS Mendula and visit Brač, Hvar, Korčula, Vis and Solta, besides Trogir and Split, Croatia’s second-largest city. The eight-day cruise is available May through October and includes seven nights of yacht accommodations, daily breakfast, five lunches, two dinners and seven guided tours and visits.
“When we started selling our Croatian yacht cruises in the North American market last year amid the pandemic, they quickly became a popular booking,” said Marilyn Conroy, Riviera River Cruises’ EVP sales and marketing North America. “For 2023, we have a new itinerary that sails the Adriatic aboard a magnificent twin-masted yacht, as well as departure dates for the rest of our itineraries there. And as with our European river cruises, we only accept bookings for yacht cruises from travel advisors, referring consumers’ business back to you when they inquire with us.”
The “Split, Hvar and the Delights of Dalmatia Yacht Cruise” begins and ends in Split, and includes a guided tour of the Emperor Diocletian’s palace. Additional tours and visits include: Exploring Brač by all-terrain vehicle, with a visit to a masonry school and an olive oil museum; a visit to the medieval harbor town of Postira; a visit to Bol and its old town; a guided tour of Jelsa, nestled in a bay; a guided walking tour of the medieval port, Korčula; a guided tour of Vis, with its harbor and mountain backdrop; an e-bike tour of Hvar and its old town, with the majestic St. Stephen’s Square; and exploring Trogir, with its web of winding medieval streets.
Aboard the MS Mendula, guests can lounge on the deck or swim at stops along the way. Just 15 cabins are available for 30 guests, featuring either a double bed or twin beds, dressing table and chair, wardrobe, bathroom with shower, air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
Besides yacht cruises in Croatia, Riviera River Cruises offers 20 itineraries on 10 European rivers and waterways, including exclusive departures for solo travelers with no single supplement and holiday season cruises.
