Revived Victory Cruise Lines Opens Bookings for 2025 Great Lakes Season

Victory Cruise Lines has opened reservations for the 2025 inaugural season on The Great Lakes and Canadian Coasts onboard the line’s 190-guest Victory I and Victory II. The line also announced that the ships will be christened next spring—Victory I in Toronto on April 27 and Victory II at Chicago’s Navy Pier on May 12, 2025.

Victory Cruise Lines will mark the inaugural season with a New England & Canada 2025 Reunion Cruise from Portland to Toronto departing April 16, 2025. Hosted by  John Waggoner, founder and chairman of Victory Cruise Lines and his wife, Claudette, the 10-night cruise through the St. Lawrence Seaway and Canadian Maritimes will reunite friends from past voyages with guest entertainers Phil Westbrook, and Greg and Lindy Pendzick.

The line will offer 36 Great Lakes itineraries, including the following voyages for the 2025 season:

  • Ultimate Great Lakes – Nine- and 10-night cruises from Chicago to Toronto; 25 voyages form April through September 2025. Highlights include Lake Michigan, Escanaba, Mackinac Island, Sault Ste. Marie (Soo Locks), Lake Superior, Lake Huron, Detroit, Lake Erie, Cleveland, Niagara Falls (Port Colborne) and Lake Ontario
  • Ultimate Great Lakes – Nine- and 10-night cruises from Milwaukee to Toronto; six voyages from May through August 2025
  • Ultimate Great Lakes & St. Lawrence Seaway – 11- and 12-night cruises from Chicago to Montreal; three voyages from September and October 2025
  • Great Lakes & Thunder Bay – A 14- and 15-night cruise roundtrip from Chicago; two voyages in May and June 2025. Highlights include Lake Michigan, Mackinac Island, Marquette, Houghton, Duluth, Thunder Bay, Lake Superior, Sault Saint Marie (Soo Locks), Lake Michigan, Green Bay and Muskegon.

Each Victory Cruise Lines voyage includes one-night pre-cruise hotel stay with complimentary ground transfers between the hotel and vessel; all oceanview accommodations, some with veranda; an included shore excursion in every port from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland to the Henry Ford Museum in Detroit; breakfast, lunch and dinner served in multiple venues plus culinary events throughout each cruise; unlimited beverages; open bars and lounges throughout the vessel; unlimited Wi-Fi; live, daily onboard entertainment and enrichment with LakeLorian lecture programs; and hiking sticks.

Victory Cruise Lines fares are all-inclusive and based on double occupancy. Fares include “Inaugural Season Savings” of $1,000 per guest.
