Massive congestion ensued in the Port of Southampton, U.K., on Friday, reportedly caused by extra U.K. Border Force security checks for people from four docking cruise ships, according to BBC News. With more than 28,000 guests disembarking or embarking that day, Southampton traffic was gridlock, causing officials to urge local residents to stay off the streets.
