The Bermuda Tourism Authority (BTA) has named Devin Lewis, an expert in the sector of destination sales, as VP of sales and business development. In this capacity, she joins the executive team of the organization and will report to Interim CEO Tracy Berkeley.
In her new role, Lewis will serve as a member of the executive leadership team and assist in the formulation and administration of sales-related strategic policies with measurable objectives, designed to satisfy the key goals of the National Tourism Plan.
Lewis has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. She holds a degree from Florida State University and is also actively involved in the San Diego State University (SDSU) L. Robert Payne School of Hospitality and Tourism Management Masters Mentor Program. Most recently, Lewis led a team of sales managers for 10 years while managing the Washington, D.C. regional office for the Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority until joining the BTA on October 3, 2022.
