Fly LINQ, a new zipline, is coming to Las Vegas. Caesars Entertainment is giving a behind-the-scenes look at the inclined cable via webisodes, which are now available on the LINQ Promenade’s Facebook page.
The ride is likely to open by the end of this year. It will include 10 side-by-side ziplines, which could launch all riders at the same time. It is going to be located at The LINQ Promenade, the open-air shopping, dining and entertainment district positioned at the center of the Las Vegas Strip.
Guests travel more than 1,000 feet from an over 100-foot-tall tower. They go through The LINQ Promenade to the landing tower near the base of the High Roller observation wheel. The pulley can be ridden in either a superhero or seated position.
Xventure LV, LLC is developing FLY LINQ in conjunction with Caesars Entertainment. The company says FLY LINQ has a ride control system that checks whether each deck or rider line is ready before the flight can begin.
Caesars Entertainment is, according to its website, the world’s most geographically diversified casino-entertainment company. Founded in 1937, they own brands including Caesars, Harrah’s, Horseshoe and the World Series of Poker. Customers can join Total Rewards, their global customer loyalty program.
