Las Vegas pulls out all the stops for events of all sorts, but America’s birthday might call for the biggest celebration of all. From lake hangouts to firework shows, Las Vegas is the place to be this Fourth of July and we’ve compiled a list of must-dos for your clients holiday trip:
Fireworks
Caesars Palace Fireworks Show
For an unbeatable view of the fireworks, check out the display put on by Caesars Palace. The fireworks start at 9:10 PM from the Roman Tower and the show typically lasts for about 13 minutes.
Good to know: Although the fireworks can be seen from anywhere on the Strip, the best views are from the fountains of the casino itself. The fireworks are free to watch!
Fireworks at the Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower
The fireworks show begins promptly at 9:00 PM and can be seen from anywhere on the Strip.
Good to know: Spend some time on the Stratosphere Observation Deck. During the day, the deck provides expansive views of the surrounding areas. It’s free to watch the fireworks and Stratosphere Observation Deck tickets are included in the GO Las Vegas card.
Family Fun
Celebrations at the LINQ
From July 1-4, 2017, the family-friendly event at the LINQ will host live musical performances, face-painting, balloon animal makers, games, caricature artists and more.
For a view of the city and evening fireworks, head to the top of the High Roller Observation Wheel.
Good to know: Fourth of July celebrations at the LINQ are free to attend. High Roller Observation Wheel tickets are included with the Go Las Vegas Card.
Lake Las Vegas
Another family-friendly option among the glitz and glam of Las Vegas is Lake Las Vegas’ Fourth of July Celebration. The event will have live music, barbecue station and a sidewalk sale.
For the kids, there will be a bounce house, face painting and a balloon artist. To top off the day’s activities, there will be a fireworks display set off over the lake at 9:00 PM.
Good to know: The Lake Las Vegas celebration is free to attend.
