The highest open-air rooftop bar in Denver has opened its doors. 54thirty, located in downtown Denver, premiered this week in tandem with the opening of a dual-branded hotel development by Marriott International, Inc. on 15th and California St.
The grand opening of The AC Hotel by Marriott Denver Downtown and Le Meridien Denver Downtown will usher in a host of new culinary, cultural, and high-end luxury experiences for people in the area, one of them being 54thirty.
Located on the 20th-floor roof of the new Le Meridien, the seasonal rooftop bar will focus on a menu of crafted cocktails and globally influenced appetizers and small plate dishes. 54thirty’s perch atop the Le Meridien in the center of the business district will give patrons a clear view of the city and the Rocky Mountains.
Along with 54thirty come two more dining spots in Le Meridien Denver Downtown: Corinne and The Lobbyist. Corinne- open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner- is a food and cocktail spot that serves American comfort food with an emphasis on local ingredients. The Lobbyist is located in the lobby of the hotel and serves coffee, cocktails, and traditional French pastries with a local twist.
These new bars and eateries will be just a part of the unique Denver experience that Marriott International hopes to bring with its two hotels. To deliver that unique cultural experience, the hotel has teamed up with a number of local businesses and organizations to offer guest packages to its tenants that include events like complimentary whiskey tastings and bike tours of the city.
The Clyfford Still Museum, the Real Dill, Bee Squared Apeiaries, Renegade Brewery, Colorado Cider Company, Laws Whiskey House, and the Infinite Monkey Theorem Urban Winery have already partnered with Marriott.
In addition, the hotel development’s prime location puts guests just a short walk away from the Colorado Convention Center, the 16th Street Mall, the Colorado State Capitol Building, Coors Field and Sports Authority Field at Mile High.
