In honor of the birthday of Elvis Presley, the Royal Hawaiian Theater in Honolulu is hosting a “Rock-A-Hula” event that celebrates the legendary musician through music, food and other entertainment.
The show, which is held in Waikiki, is offering travelers “Elvis’ Rockin’ Birthday Dinner and Show” packages on Monday, January 8.
The event features performances by Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson and Katy Perry tribute artists and a complimentary souvenir “King’s Scarf” for all dinner guests.
The all-new Rock-A-Hula show takes guests on a “Hawaiian Journey” from the 1920s to today with a performance of hula and fire knife dancing, along with performances by talented tribute artists.
Guests will also indulge in premium beverages during the show and enjoy a meet-and-greet with the cast to close out the evening.
The “Luau Buffet & Show” package features a carving station with whole roasted luau pig and roast beef dinner and a "E Komo Mai Tai" for $109 per adult and $66 per child (ages 3-11).
The “Stageside VIP Dinner & Show” package includes a VIP welcome reception, a four-course Maine lobster, beef tenderloin and wild salmon dinner at a private table and two super premium beverages for $149 per adult and $89 per child.
Guests can also opt for the "Green Room Dinner & Show" package, with an exclusive Green Room reception and backstage tour, a gourmet four-course dinner at a private table in the best seats of the VIP area, two super premium beverages and photo with a star for $185 per adult and $111 per child.
Rates for Hawaii residents and military are available with a valid Hawaii I.D. Dinner packages start at 6 p.m. and the show kicks off at 8 p.m.
