Halloween in Hawaii: Three Ways to Celebrate the Holiday in the Aloha State

This year’s them is “League Up!” Guests are encouraged to dress up as a character from the upcoming fall superhero movie, “Justice League,” for a chance to win up to $2,000 in cash and prizes.

An official Halloween at the Hyatt after party will also be held at The District Nightclub.

Pre-sale tickets will be available for $10 for regular entry and $20 for VIP entry. VIP entry will include a glow stick, a “Fast Pass” to skip the lines, and a candy pouch.

Bottle service for tables of four will be available for $300 plus tax and gratuity, while VIP Cabanas with seating for a group of 10 will be available for $1,500 plus tax and gratuity.

All tickets will be sold at http://events.racesauce com. For VIP and bottle service reservations, email info@barconcierge.com or call 808-216-4298. Self-parking and valet service will be available at the Hyatt.

Hawaii Plantation Village's Haunted Plantation

And excellent option for families, Hawaii Plantation Village’s Haunted Plantation is considered one of the scariest haunted house experiences in Hawaii.

Due to heavy attendance the past 11 years, the plantation has decided to open for 10 nights. Guests will be chased and taunted by “spirits of Hawaii” that are located in the Hawaii Plantation Village.

The Haunted Plantation experience is available from October 13–15, 20–22, 27–29 and on Halloween night. It is open from 7 to 10 p.m. on all nights except Halloween when it closes at 9 p.m.

There is a $15 general admission. Children under 13 are not allowed and children 16 and under need adult supervision.
