New Bar in Paris: Anouk

The Amastan Paris has announced the opening of a new bar: Anouk.

Conceived as an all-day spot for dining and drinking, the new bar opens onto a lush internal garden that is home to over thirty species of plants and framed by jasmine covered walls. During the day, it serves coffee and fresh juice. By night, it serves a menu of cocktails and spirits accompanied by light bites.

Anouk and its garden are open daily to the public and hotel guests, and it is accessible through its own separate entrance. Food is served until 12am and drinks served from 7pm until 2am. The bar can also be booked for private events by reaching out to contact@amastanparis.com.

The Amastan Paris is a new boutique hotel located near the Champs Elysées and Faubourg Saint-Honoré with a design the property said is aimed at fostering collaboration. The hotel has 24 guestrooms in Classic, Superior, Deluxe and Premier categories. Each has bespoke furniture, a full-length mirror and Treca beds, and each is uniquely shaped for added variety.

Next to the hotel is a place billed as the first project space dedicated fully to temporary installations in Paris, dubbed Pop-In. The hotel said the space is meant to be presented as a blank canvas for artistic expression, and will involve collaboration with artists from around the world, each of whom will be free to interpret the space in their own way. Previous residencies have included the London-based jewelry brand URiBE, South African concept store Merchants on Long, lifestyle brand Lola James Harper and Parisian gallery Studio Marant.
