VIA Rail Canada made a cameo appearance in the most recent episode of Anthony Bourdain's newest television show on CNN, "Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown." Bourdain, along with Fred Morin and Dave McMillan, co-owners of the Montréal restaurant Joe Beef and avid train buffs, traveled in VIA Rail’s business class from Montréal to Québec.

Highlighting train travel as an part of Canada's history, Bourdain and his companions enjoyed all of the amenities of VIA Rail's business class on the popular route as well as private access to the in-station business lounges, priority boarding, complimentary newspapers, Wi-Fi and on-board hot breakfast.
The “Canada” episode is set to air again on CNN on May 11, 2013 at 10 p.m. ET, 1 a.m. ET, 4 a.m. ET, and on Sunday, May 12th at 8 p.m. ET.
