Accor is taking its conversational AI assistant out of pilot mode and putting it in front of guests worldwide, calling the launch of ALL Concierge the first large-scale deployment of a fully conversational AI companion by a hotel company.
The tool handles the front half of a trip as much as the stay itself. Guests can ask it for hotel ideas based on a mood or vacation style, pull up specifics like breakfast hours or spa offerings, compare properties, and jump straight into a booking on Accor’s platform without leaving the chat. Once a reservation exists, it fields questions about that booking and provides real-time support. Returning ALL members get recognized on sight, with responses shaped by their preferences, stay history, and loyalty status.
Accor began testing the assistant in July 2025 and says it fielded more than 1 million guest conversations during the pilot. The takeaway from that data, according to the company, was that guests treated the bot less like a help desk and more like a travel planner, leaning on it for inspiration and comparison shopping well before they had anything to book.
The concierge lives on the ALL.com website in 11 languages and on the ALL Accor mobile app, where it is currently limited to four languages and five points of sale, with a full rollout across all points of sale and all languages targeted for year-end. It is also available through WhatsApp and iMessage. Accor says most requests get resolved without a person involved, though a support team member can join the conversation at any point for anything more complicated.
“Every great concierge remembers your name and anticipates what you need before you ask. For decades, that level of attention was the privilege of a few. Today, we are making it available to every guest, everywhere, at any hour,” said Alix Boulnois, chief commercial, digital, and tech officer at Accor. “And yet, behind every exceptional stay, there will always be a person who cares.”
The company is also arming its own staff with a companion tool. The Butler, launching alongside the concierge, gives hotel teams on-demand answers, guidance, and referrals to the right internal expert during a shift, which Accor frames as freeing up time for face-to-face hospitality.
A longer feature list is on the way. Accor plans to add AI-summarized guest reviews for comparing hotels on a map, destination-versus-destination comparisons, loyalty-point optimization tips, prompts to link accounts with partners like Air France, and event and activity recommendations bookable with ALL reward points through Fever. Guests will eventually be able to change or cancel reservations inside the chat, retrieve invoices and claim points after checkout, and talk to the concierge by voice once it is wired into Accor’s contact centers and hotel phone lines.
