Antigua’s Jumby Bay to Join Oetker Collection

Jumby Bay, A Rosewood Resort will be joining the Oetker Collection when it reopens in October 9, becoming the tenth property in the portfolio.

I am delighted to announce our expansion with a second Masterpiece in the Caribbean: Jumby Bay Island, Oetker Collection CEO Frank Marenbach announced on Facebook. This private island paradise is a truly special and precious place, with 120 hectares of manicured landscape surrounded by white sandy beaches and turquoise waters.

As of October, guests will experience Oetker Collections highest standards of quality service to which they are accustomed, and can rest assured that our team of hoteliers will offer them quite a unique sense of place.

The 5-star private island resort in Antigua comprises 40 rooms and suites, 50 villas and estate homes, three restaurants, a spa and fitness center, as well as five tennis courts and water sport offerings.

As the new operator of Jumby Bay Island, Oetker Collection will be responsible for the management of the resort and for the rental of the villas and estate homes, some of which offer nine bedrooms and most of them with direct access to a private beach.

The Oetker Collection includes: Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa, Le Bristol Paris, Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, Château Saint-Martin & Spa, Fregate Island Private, The Lanesborough, LApogée Courchevel, Eden Rock-St Barths and most recently Palácio Tangará, which opened in June 2017 in São Paulo.
