Apple Leisure Group (ALG), part of Hyatt, has announced that an ALG affiliate has signed an agreement with Secrets Impression Isla Mujeres, which will bring the Secrets Resorts & Spas brand to Isla Mujeres, an island located about eight miles off the coast of Cancun in Mexico.
The adults-only Secrets Impression Isla Mujeres will feature 125 suites with double rain showers and terrace whirlpools with views of the Caribbean Sea. The resort will also have four-tiered infinity pools, one large whirlpool that can accommodate up to 30 guests and a waterslide swirling down from the main pool to the ocean.
With private boat or catamaran transfer from mainland Cancun to the resort’s private pier, guests will have unlimited access to five à-la-carte dining choices and three casual venues, besides nine bars and lounges, 24-hour room concierge services, pool and beach service.
The resort will also feature a Welcome Yacht lounge, a Secrets Spa and fitness center, rooftop infinity pools, a rooftop terrace featuring fireplaces, and a restaurant and bar, an overwater al fresco cinema club with hammocks and lounge area, golf carts and bikes for island touring and a range of activities and entertainment options.
