Close on the heels of the 2024 Olympics, BodyHoliday, an all-inclusive wellness resort in St. Lucia, is celebrating the island's first-ever gold medal with a new package. Julien Alfred landed St. Lucia's first ever medals at the Olympics by winning gold in the women's 100 meter and silver in the women's 200 meter sprints. Recognizing her accomplishments, BodyHoliday has introduced the "Balance and Performance Package." The all-inclusive experience is intended to both boost performance and promote recovery, complete with wellness techniques that are "gold-medal worthy" and equivalent "to Olympic-level fitness training."
Guests will have the opportunity to channel their inner sprinter to compete in either a 100-meter or 200-meter race—a nod to Alfred’s gold and silver medal events, respectively—to be awarded BodyHoliday Olympian glory. After making the podium, athletes will be offered specialty food and beverage items from the Wellness Cafe, including the JU-bilation, a gold medal-shaped ginger honey cake with guava turmeric cheese coated with golden cocoa tea, and the Golden Gimlet, a recovery-boosting smoothie featuring mango, basil, fresh mint and moringa.
In addition to their celebration snacks and daily included treatments at the Wellness Center, the "Balance and Performance Package" offers Inbody Analysis, a complete body analysis to assess body composition, which is essential for understanding specific health and fitness needs, as well as Infrared Therapy, which will improve circulation, reduce muscle pain and promote recovery.
Available through the month of August, the "Balance and Performance Package" is included in the all-inclusive rate at BodyHoliday. For booking inquiries, contact reservations@thebodyholiday.
