The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman has announced that it will once again host the Cayman Cookout from Thursday, January 12 though Monday, January 16, 2023. Hosted by Chef Eric Ripert, who helms the resort’s signature restaurant, Blue by Eric Ripert, the 14th annual celebration will feature a line-up of renowned chefs and a variety of experiences and events.
Adrienne Cheatham, Aldo Sohm, Andrew Zimmern, Antonio Bachour, Daniel Boulud, Dominique Crenn, Emeril Lagasse, Jennifer Carroll, José Andrés, Kristen Kish and Tom Colicchio are some of the top chefs and wine and spirits experts who will be participating in the event. Guests planning to attend will also see the return of signature events like Beach Bash, Barefoot BBQ and Rum and Robusto alongside a new event lineup that will be announced later this year. The 2023 event will also include unique experiences created by Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program and Chase Marriott Bonvoy Credit Card.
A premier luxury culinary festival, Cayman Cookout is a celebration of food and wine and offers guests an exclusive gastronomic weekend with a diverse collection of immersive cooking demonstrations, epicurean experiences, poolside parties and beachside relaxation. The upcoming event follows the recent completion of a full redesign of The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman. The resort updated the design of its guestrooms and suites as well as interior public spaces, conceptualized by Champalimaud Design.
Those interested in participating in the event can book the hotel’s "Cayman Cookout" package, starting at $1,724 per night for two guests with a four-night minimum stay required. The package includes luxury accommodations, daily breakfast buffet for two at Seven Restaurant and tickets to signature Cookout events, including Friday's Discover Cayman Lunch and Barefoot BBQ, Saturday’s After Dinner Party and Sunday’s Rum & Robusto.
