The Anguilla Tourist Board (ATB) has announced the reopening of Cé Blue Luxury Villas under a new management.
The gated community of eight five-bedroom villas, each with views of the Crocus Bay, opened November 8 under a new management team, led by Vince Panzarino, Sanjeev Verma and Ramnik Chopra, who stated, “We have already begun investing in property updates, with plans to spend several million dollars in property enhancements over the next several months.”
“We welcome the reopening of Cé Blue Luxury Villas, a wonderful complement to our stellar tourism product,” said Haydn Hughes, Minister of Tourism for Anguilla. “Their unique offering—the wonderful villa experience coupled with all the amenities of a luxury resort—expands the range and variety of accommodations on island as we grow our business. This investment indicates a strong vote of confidence in our tourism industry, and reflects the increasing consumer demand for our destination.”
Each villa has five bedrooms complete with a luxury en-suite bathroom, a workspace and bar fridge. Kitchens are equipped with a wine cooler and gas stove, an outdoor barbecue, as well as large dining tables. The other notable features of the villa include a private pool, a 3,000-square-foot deck, and Wi-Fi throughout each villa. Amenities include a daily, complimentary continental breakfast; a personal concierge and daily housekeeping; and complimentary transfers to and from the villas to beautiful Crocus Bay, where Cé Blue guests enjoy the services of dedicated loungers and an attendant.
Cé Blue is also well suited for special occasions such as weddings, retreats or reunions. A single villa can accommodate a group of up to 40 for a wedding, with a ceremony area and a seating area for cocktails and dinner. Ceremonies can also take place beachside.
The new team is offering incentives for advisors to offer last-minute bookings for the upcoming holiday season for a limited time.
