Club Med Turkoise has reopened its doors, following the resort’s temporary closure due to Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Maria. The resort, which is set on Grace Bay Beach in the Turks and Caicos, has reopened following a renovation project that added a number of new features for guests.
The resort’s main reception area has been completely redesigned, and the property has added 80 new Deluxe-level rooms with added balconies, offering direct access to views of the beach and Caribbean. The resort’s pool has also been redesigned, with the addition of a new poolside Blue Coral bar that serves all-day refreshments, pre-dinner cocktails and drinks and after-hours events.
The resort’s Grace Bay Restaurant had just been renovated prior to the storms, but it was also refreshed during the renovation period. The restaurant serves unlimited gourmet cuisine, ranging from international breakfast options to local and international cuisine for lunch and dinner.
The redesigned cardio room and fitness center has modern equipment and an array of fitness classes, while a new wellness area incorporates waterfront palapas offering spa treatments and massages on the beach. The main theater was also enhanced with an updated look and new large-scale LED screens.
Club Med Turkoise will continue to offer land and water sports, fitness classes and signature trapeze and circus activities.
