Adriatic Luxury Hotels has announced that Hotel Supetar Cavtat, Croatia has reopened following extensive renovations. The seaside town of Cavtat is just minutes from the attractions of Dubrovnik.
Housed in a three-story private villa dating to the 1920s, Hotel Supetar was renovated by STUDIO LACROMA in collaboration with Katarina Alamat Kusijanovic. The hotel features 16 guestrooms with Mediterranean soul. Each room features a mix of stylish furniture, pops of wallpaper and marble bathrooms with gold accents, and offers garden or sea views, just steps away from the promenade.
The onsite restaurant serves Mediterranean fare. The menu focuses on seafood, seasonal specialties and local ingredients, including the oranges from the hotel’s garden. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served indoors, with floor-to-ceiling window walls overlooking the poolside, or in an alfresco setting on the terrace.
The property features a new wine bar with loungers and contemporary seating. The wine list includes international and local wines, including Dubrovacka Malvasija, the local indigenous white-grape wine from the Konavle region. Guests can enjoy Croatian wine tastings at the bar, besides food and wine pairings at the hotel’s restaurant. Guests will also have access to a new infinity-edge pool. The garden near the pool sports a reimagined look with wrought-iron patio seating alongside wicker chairs set among the citrus trees.
Remnants of the ancient settlement of Epidaurum were discovered during hotel renovations, and the artifacts will be on display in a nearby museum.
