Curator Hotel & Resort Collection is expanding its portfolio with the addition of seven new properties in Merced, CA; Baltimore, MD, and Key West, FL. The new members include five Key West Historic Inns, Hotel Revival and El Capitan Hotel.

Key West Historic Inns comprises historical mansions, bungalows and cottages. The five properties in its portfolio include Ella’s Cottages, Fitch Lodge, Lighthouse Hotel, Ridley House and Winslow’s Bungalows. These new additions join six other Curator properties in the Florida Keys, including Amara Cay Resort, La Siesta Resort & Villas, Little Palm Island Resort, Marker Key West Harbor Resort, Ocean Key Resort and Southernmost Beach Resort.
In California, El Capitan Hotel is located on the road to Yosemite and is Merced’s oldest establishment. The hotel offers 114 guestrooms and four culinary options reflective of California’s Central Valley, including Rainbird for daily breakfast, lunch and dinner; Native Son for coffee, light bites and cocktails; EC Courtyard, which opens seasonally for cocktails and shareable bites; and the Mainzer Theater, an entertainment venue and restaurant, located just down the block.
Hotel Revival is located in Baltimore’s Mount Vernon neighborhood. Housed in the Garrett Mansion, the hotel houses 107 guestrooms, a rooftop restaurant, cocktail lounge and karaoke room, and a coffee shop. This property is internationally recognized for its commitment to Baltimore and social impact endeavors.
