Following a multimillion-dollar renovation last year, Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun All Inclusive has revamped its five onsite dining venues, including its signature El Mexicano restaurant. The dining venues have received refreshed décor, new furniture, and more.
Among the resort’s 11 dining options is El Mexicano, which gives guests a taste of Mexican culture through its colorful décor, traditional flavors and contemporary Mexican music. With the collaboration of the restaurant’s chef Jonathan Salinas and the restaurant staff, the menu was also enhanced while keeping its original recipes. The restaurant’s atmosphere and décor align with the Mexican-accented theme with tunes of traditional live music and the colorfully decorated walls and décor.
Additional renovated dining areas include La Cenaduria, the Lobby Bar, the Sushi Bar, and La Cevicheria. With its beachside location overlooking the water, La Cevicheria is a popular venue that offers Caribbean fusion cuisine with highlights from Mexico with specialty dishes such as the Aguachile de Sinaloa seafood syrup, shrimp cocktails, and the shrimp and fish tacos. Other new culinary touches are dessert carts located near the renovated gift shop that serve churros, crepes, fruits and unique ice cream flavors like cheese-flavored ice cream.
