The Grand Residences Riviera Cancun Reports No Damage Post-Earthquake

The Grand Residences Riviera Cancun reports that it has not suffered any damage after a recent string of natural disasters shook the country of Mexico, most notably the magnitude 7.1 earthquake that ravaged Mexico City and killed hundreds.

The luxury resort made it clear that its thoughts and well wishes are with those that were affected by the earthquake, and will take strides to help in any way they can.

“Mexico is a country that comes together as a community in times of celebration and struggle. Though a good distance away from Cancun – over 1,200 miles from Cancun to Mexico City – they are our neighbors and friends and we are doing all we can to lend our support in the recovery process,” said Daniela Trava Albarrán, onsite manager at Grand Residences Riviera Cancun.

The 144-all suite Residences Riviera Cancun debuted on December 7, 2013, and has since been offering 5-star beachfront luxury experiences to its guests. Located in a private enclave between scenic Riviera Maya and Cancun, this exclusive hideaway has gorgeous views, gourmet dining, a world class spa and salon, personalized beach and pool service, and much more.

The resort's location provides guests with experiences of a lifetime like snorkeling along the world’s longest underground rivers, exploring the historical treasures of ancient Mayan ruins, and miles of white-sand beaches to explore at your leisure. Plus, Cancun is only 11 miles away, so shopping and a bustling nightlife scene are just a short trip away.
