Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, set to open on Thursday, June 28, 2018, has released details on its more than 20 food and beverage options.
Guests can make a reservation at Council Oak Fish, a seafood forward rendition of its sister restaurants at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casinos in Florida. The restaurant serves freshly caught seafood and has a local raw bar, wood fired kitchen, shellfish pots, and dry aged prime cuts. The nautical interior pays homage to the classic seafood restaurants made famous by the Northeast, with a live music lounge, wine tasting room, beach views, and an open kitchen. Private dining rooms accommodate groups both large and small.
Kuro, the new Japanese restaurant, offers contemporary artisanal dishes using locally sourced and imported ingredients directly from Japan. Inspired by its culinary offerings, Kuro’s beverage program includes hand crafted cocktails using fresh ingredients in modern recipes with hints of classic flavors. The restaurant serves Japanese imported and local craft beers, Japanese whiskeys, shochu, 30 sake brands and 110 wine labels.
The Sugar Factory will be making its Hard Rock debut in Atlantic City with its signature floor-to-ceiling candy wall. The restaurant also offers specialty beverages and homemade doughnuts and pastries, in addition to signature items such as crepes, salads, “monster burgers” and specialty pizzas. Signature desserts include the King Kong Sundae, serving up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream, along with Sugar Factory’s 64 oz. alcohol-infused smoking candy goblets.
Il Mulino will spotlight Old World Italian food made with fish, lamb, and cured meats along with homemade cheeses and pastas.
The Chinese restaurant, Song, serves up dishes from all regions of China and features a modern design inspired by Hong Kong. Meanwhile, the YOUYU Noodle Bar, focuses on freshly made noodles and savory broths inspired by Asian street food.
Constant Grind will serve up freshly brewed roasts, home baked goods, and New Jersey-inspired sandwiches. Sun seekers at Hard Rock can meet up at the Hard Rock Beach Bar or head to The J Bar for cold-pressed juice, acai bowls, and smoothies.
At Fresh Harvest Buffet, guests can enjoy a culinary tour of the world complete with live action cooking and carving stations, brick oven pizzas, dim sum, desserts and more.
