Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino is undergoing a $100 million resort enhancement project slated to debut in fall 2025. The renovation includes a new beachfront tower, new culinary concepts and upgrades to the existing towers’ guestrooms.
Groundbreaking on the new oceanfront tower began in May 2023. This addition to the property will have 161 accommodations, including 18 oceanfront suites, with views of Palm Beach. This new tower will offer a “hotel within a hotel” experience, complete with mid-century modern design elements and an adults-only rooftop club concept with views of the Caribbean Sea.
Guestrooms and suites in the resort’s existing Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao towers will also receive a refresh, set to be complete in fall 2024.
In addition, Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino will introduce new dining concepts over the next two years. Sunset Grille, the resort’s fine dining restaurant with sunset views, will debut revamped design upgrades in autumn 2024. The resort’s breakfast restaurant, Laguna, has already been fully refreshed but will also serve dinner until Sunset Grille reopens in the fall. The property’s existing Gilligan’s Seafood Shack is transforming into Shore Club, an al fresco restaurant and bar located between the resort’s two zero-entry pools and Palm Beach. It also has a rooftop event space perfect for small gatherings, weddings and events. Mira Solo, the resort’s outdoor bar and lounge, has been transformed into Sunset Bar. It debuted in May this year.
