Hilton has announced the signing of DoubleTree by Hilton Madrid Principe de Vergara following a franchise agreement with Key International. The property is expected to open in late 2026 and will be located in Madrid´s affluent Salamanca neighborhood. The new hotel will be managed by Panoram Hotel Management, a multi-brand hotel management company in Spain.

DoubleTree by Hilton Madrid Principe de Vergara will feature 155 guestrooms, including king, queen, twin, single rooms and suites. The hotel will also offer a bar, restaurant, fitness center and 14 meeting rooms, providing added convenience for business travelers.
As one of Madrid´s most popular neighborhoods, Salamanca is known for its elegant residences, high-end restaurants and luxury shopping areas. The hotel is also close to many of Madrid´s most iconic landmarks, such as the Auditorio Nacional de Música, Plaza de Cibeles, Prado Museum and Retiro Park, which are all within a 10-minute drive. Adolfo Suarez Madrid Barajas Airport is just a 15-minute drive from the property.
