Designed with the latest technology and algorithms, Homebelike’s website presents specific filters that identify personal interests and desired activities. Tailor-made itineraries are supported by an integrated customer service system (CRM), providing Homebelike’s team with a guest’s tastes and preferences, translating into a unique and highly personalized stay.
Good to know: Prior to joining the Homebelike portfolio, all properties are said to undergo a thorough inspection process by the team of seasoned hospitality experts to evaluate a rental’s brand suitability.
The team at Homebelike have also integrated cleanliness and safety into the entire rental process. Before the guest’s arrival, the property is deep cleaned by a Homebelike-approved cleaning company, using only products and protocols that are certified and approved by globally recognized health organizations and hospitality institutions. Upon a guest’s departure, a detailed inspection is carried out by the local experience specialist. This ensures each property is kept in pristine condition and remains in line with Homebelike’s high brand standards for the next guest’s enjoyment.
Homebelike is providing the travel advisor community with exclusive member discounted net rates on their entire catalog of vacation rentals. In order to access these rates, agents will register on Homebelike’s home page and go through a quick verification process by the Homebelike team. Once a rental is booked, advisors can then work one-on-one with local experience specialists to craft an itinerary specifically for their clients. The local experience specialist will finalize all bookings, excursions, and reservations on behalf of the travel professional. Most importantly, all of the advisors' invoices and itineraries can be white labeled and include up to a 10 percent commission on all bookings and excursions.
