Hyatt Centric Arlington has become the latest hotel to join the new Hyatt Centric portfolio, a collection of lifestyle hotels. Located in Rosslyn, VA, the Hyatt Centric Arlington is only a few minutes from Arlington and Washington, D.C.
The hotel received plenty of updates to its surface, combining modern design details with traditional craftsmanship. The updated artwork includes popular locations in the area, including close-ups of the Capitol Rotunda, Library of Congress, Metro Transit System stations, the stairs to the Jefferson Memorial, and the area’s famous cherry blossoms.
Of the hotel’s 318 guest rooms, five are suites and 12 are PURE rooms – hypo-allergenic rooms treated with a state-of-the-art air purification system to reduce airborne particles and minimize the presence of potential irritants. Room renovations include new beds, lighting, carpeting, wall fixtures, furniture, and artwork. In addition to 24-hour room service, guest rooms will also have Drybar Buttercup blowdryers, BeeKind environmentally conscious bath products, sweatshirt-style hooded cotton bathrobes, Keurig coffeemakers with Starbucks coffee and Celestial teas, 55” HDTVs; Bluetooth-enabled electronics, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
An open-concept lobby now greets guests, which includes The Corner, a lobby lounge with maps, guides, artifacts, and books.
The newly-designed Key Bridge Terrace offers local culinary flavors such as lamb lollipops, chorizo tacos, and crispy plantains. The restaurant will also have a menu of premium spirits, wines, and beer. The hotel will also have a Starbucks and a revamped cityhouse restaurant offering classic American dishes.
Hyatt Centric Arlington has more than 7,300 square feet of fully renovated meetings and events space, with versatile and modular breakout spaces and pre-function rooms.
