Hyatt Regency Maui Unveils 45th Anniversary Offers

Celebrating its 45th anniversary this year, Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa has unveiled a special offer, a lineup of on-site activities and social media giveaways.

The “45th Anniversary Offer” is available to book until June 30, 2025 for travel dates through November 3, 2025, with a minimum three-night stay, and includes the following:

  • 15 percent off standard rates
  • Daily buffet breakfast at Swan Court
  • $45 daily resort credit
  • $45 off each adult Drums of the Pacific Lu‘au admission ticket
  • $45 credit on a family beach photography session with Grins2Go
  • $45 off cabana or daybed rentals

Anniversary Celebrations

As part of the 45th anniversary on-site activations, the resort will host an expanded version of its annual Lei Day festivities from April 28 to May 4. Activities include live music and hula performances, sustainability themed tours, Hawaiian cultural demonstrations and games including lei making, lauhala coconut weaving, ukulele classes and more. Additionally, the resort has introduced new on-property activations that continue the anniversary celebrations throughout the entire year. 

These include:

  • Aloha Plate and Pours, a quarterly dining and drinking series, offers guests the opportunity to savor dishes by 'Umalu Chef Ryan Ferguson alongside a rotating roster of local culinary talent, and a selection of locally crafted drinks.
  • The Maui Poke History and Tasting Class, held every Thursday at Japengo offers guests the opportunity to discover the culinary traditions of the iconic Hawaiian dish.
  • Aloha Friday Market, held weekly from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the open-air Atrium Lobby, where local artisans and vendors showcase handmade jewelry, artwork, Hawaiian carvings, island-inspired gifts and more.
  • A new weekly Mixology Experience where attendees learn how to create Mai Tai, one of Hawaii’s most celebrated cocktails.

Hyatt Regency Maui will host quarterly social media giveaways throughout the year to celebrate its 45th anniversary. The resort will give away four five-night vacations to a single winner per quarter. To enter, participants must follow the resort on both Instagram and TikTok, share a post of their most beloved Maui memories, tag the resort (@hyattmaui), and use the hashtag #MyHyattMauiMemories for a single entry. One winner will be selected each quarter, with remaining giveaways scheduled for April, July and October.

Other Goings-On in 2025

Additional resort happenings in 2025 include a lunar eclipse viewing and movie night, and the return of "Nashville Nights."

In line with the lunar eclipse on March13, registered hotel guests will be treated to an astronomical experience led by the resort’s resident NASA Solar System Ambassador. The eclipse-viewing session will include interactive discussions and guided observations with the resort’s telescope. To enhance the experience, the resort is pairing the viewing party with a special movie night, weather and clouds permitting.

The resort’s popular "Nashville Nights" songwriter’s series returns in 2025 with an exciting lineup of country artists from "Music City." Spanning six months, the concert series includes performances by five platinum-selling recording artists and one gold-selling recording artist. Each outdoor performance will take place on the Halona Kai event lawn from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Southern-inspired food and drinks will also be available for purchase. The full schedule includes performances by Craig Campbell (April 26); Love and Theft (May 24); Thompson Square (June 28); Eric Paslay (July 19); Jerrod Niemann (August 9); and David Nail (September 6).

Guests can also enjoy a variety of on-site offerings, including championship golf, tennis, pickleball, daily Hawaiian cultural activities, wildlife tours and penguin presentations, the Tour of the Stars rooftop astronomy program, beachfront free-form pool with a 150-foot lava tube water slide, children’s splash pool, oceanfront daybeds and cabanas, beach activities, and live entertainment. Additionally, the resort is home to an oceanfront full-service spa and salon, 24-hour fitness center, daily outdoor yoga and fitness classes, 100,000 square feet of event space for meetings or destination weddings, retail boutiques and 10 food and beverage outlets.
