JW Marriott has announced the opening of JW Marriott Hotel Guadalajara in Mexico’s second largest city. The property, managed by Aimbridge Prisma, was developed by Grupo Favier. It is located in the Guadalajara Country Club area, in proximity to financial corporations, shopping and entertainment venues. Popular attractions are also nearby, such as the city’s historic center, Hospicio Cabañas—a World Heritage Site—and the towns of Tequila and Chapala.
JW Marriott Hotel Guadalajara features 191 rooms and suites, including a Presidential Suite with its own lap pool. Guests will enjoy unobstructed views of the city besides dining experiences at the property’s outlets including Zibu, the restaurant created by chef Eduardo Palazuelos. It offers cuisine that fuses the flavors of Asia and Mexico. JW Executive Lounge serves breakfast, cocktails and a range of tequilas at the Agave Bar, besides space to conduct business meetings.
The property has a 24/7 fitness center with modern equipment and amenities, allowing guests to keep up with their workout routine while on the road. A swimming pool with sweeping views of the city is also available. The hotel’s convenient location and four meeting rooms make it an ideal setting for meetings and events, with spaces that can accommodate up to 110 guests.
