Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort has rolled out its winter 2021-2022 "Collection of Emotions," a series of experiences designed to immerse travelers in the spirit of the season. The seasonal collection also honors local tastemakers and protects the community and ecosystem of Los Cabos.
Among the experiences, Las Ventanas’ new sustainable golf pop-up is positioned directly on the beach with 180 degree views of the Sea of Cortez. Players can hit golf balls from the picturesque driving range directly into the ocean. Each golf ball is made with biodegradable material, which upon landing in the ocean, reveals a pod of fish food for inhabitants of the sea. The golf pop-up is open at sunset. All proceeds from the pop-up will be donated to the Letty Coppel Foundation.
Set directly on the sandy beach in front of the Sea Grill, Las Ventanas’ new pop-up beach bar is ideal for a night out or an after-dinner nightcap. A range of cocktails and ultra-premium beverages paired with a menu of dishes from a wood-fired oven are available for guests daily from noon to 10 p.m.
Guests at Las Ventanas will have the opportunity to admire sculptures by Rodolfo Padilla. The resort will host an interactive exhibition with Padilla’s pieces. For three months, 12 of Padilla’s giant sculptures will be placed around the resort’s gardens.
Cellcosmet, the Swiss cosmetic brand, has partnered with the resort to outfit each signature villa with a personal beauty mini-fridge. Cellcosmet will provide guests with some of their products, including the CellLift Serum, Activator Gel, Cellultra Eye Serum or alternative products according to guests’ requirements, while leaving room to store their own skincare and cosmetic items. Refrigerating beauty products offers several benefits such as activating ingredients, inhibiting the growth of bacteria and increasing the ability to calm inflamed skin.
This winter, Las Ventanas is partnering with the Letty Coppel Foundation and will help finance new medical units. For over 17 years, the Letty Coppel Foundation has been providing medical access to the Los Cabos community through mobile medical units, which assist in detecting cancer and other main causes of illness.
