The former Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas has officially rebranded as the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas Hotel & Residences.
The hotel’s accommodations include 392 guestrooms and 225 residences, including 55 suites and three Presidential Suites, which were revamped as part of an 18-month renovation project. The hotel, which is also non-smoking and non-gaming, has a sleek, contemporary design with floor-to-ceiling windows in the accommodations that frame views of the Las Vegas strip and surrounding desert landscape. Other design features include a discreet valet closet, allowing for deliveries without disruption.
Culinary options include Michelin starred Chef Pierre Gagnaire’s Twist restaurant, which is the first U.S. eatery to serve the chef’s take on classic French cuisine. The SkyBar on the 23rd floor serves up a cocktail collection handcrafted by mixologists, while the Tea Lounge offers three afternoon tea services, also with strip views.
The Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas Hotel & Residences has 12,000 square feet of function space, with natural lighting within each meeting room. The Waldorf Ballroom is set three floors above Las Vegas Blvd, and it has a walk-out balcony, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the strip.
Other facilities include a 27,000-square-foot spa spanning two floors, offering customized treatments tailored to guests’ skin qualities, aesthetic expectations and a holistic analysis. The space has seven private couple’s suites, multiple relaxation experiences, a Hamman and a Zen Foot Spa. There is also a pool deck on the 8th floor with two pools, two whirlpools and a plunge pool, as well as poolside cabanas.
