Mount Cinnamon Beach Resort, located above Grand Anse Beach in Grenada, has reopened following the renovation of its public spaces with new F&B offerings, focusing on locally sourced ingredients and regional cuisine. Revised menus are available in the resort’s two restaurants, bar and room service, and flexible dining options for guests throughout the day.
Its main restaurant, The Flying Fish (formerly Savvy’s) now serves Caribbean-inspired, farm-to-table cuisine. The restaurant has three dining areas, including the main dining room, plus a new Chef’s Table, which will serve a fixed tasting menu. Dishes can also be paired with seasonal cocktails or wines. The addition of the 360-degree bar offers views of the restaurant, pool and the sea beyond. A new “floating stage” was also added to enhance the hotel’s new entertainment program, as well as a new specialty coffee shop.
The updated Beach Cabana’s menu will combine Caribbean influences with a focus on fresh, grilled seafood, meat and vegan dishes, as well as wood-fired flatbreads. The popular Friday night Beach Bonfire with its 80s theme and BBQ cuisine will remain. Meats, fish and seafood on offer will be cooked on the outdoor wood fires. Sunday brunch menus have also been added twice monthly.

Good to know: The revamp also included soft updates to the Hacienda Suites and Villas.

Guests have access to a nearly two-mile white sand beach and its commitment to Grenada’s welfare by becoming a Green Globe-certified property and the Caribbean’s first UN Global Compact Network Member.
The resort has a bijou Cinnamon Spa, a new beachside wellness deck and open-air spa concept for bespoke outdoor treatments.
