Celebrated Experiences has launched a new division of the company, Celebrated Homes, a handpicked collection of 200-plus residences available to rent in England, Ireland, Italy, Scotland, and Wales.
In launching this new product, Celebrated Experiences aimed to differentiate from other portfolios of residences. Jonathan Epstein, CEO of Celebrated Experiences, noted: “Our collection of homes is vetted, managed, and memorable. These are diverse properties that must meet our high standards. They are also managed locally either with an on-site team or support staff nearby. Our goal is for guests to have independence and privacy but never feel like they are on their own.”
The collection contains over 200 properties and has ultra-luxury options such as historic castles and exclusive country estates; Celebrated has also curated a number of smaller properties such as updated cottages and city-center apartments. Epstein added: “Our 2020 motto has been ‘don’t waste a pandemic,’ and our team has worked hard to innovate so we can be even better partners for our travel advisor clients.”
Over the past decade there has been a growing trend toward luxury travelers craving greater diversity of accommodation options when traveling to Europe in addition to hotels. This trend has accelerated during the pandemic.

Quite a few of the private residences within Celebrated Homes are larger properties with eight to 20 rooms, making them a fit for the growing “celebration market,” which often includes large family gatherings or groups of friends traveling together.
Celebrated Experiences is celebrating its 30th Anniversary in 2020. The company is best known for designing personalized itineraries that utilize its curated collection of four- and five-star Celebrated Hotels as well as its large team of drivers and guides. It has also developed unique, memorable experiences in collaboration with their destination partners across England, Ireland, Italy, Scotland and Wales. Since the company’s founding it has focused on relationships with travel advisors, and it continues to adapt its business based on the needs of its clients.
Epstein stated: “We are nothing without our travel advisor clients. Yes, we are grateful for the business they send us, but we also listen to their changing needs, and our team loves evolving to meet their new requirements.”
