Montego Bay’s newest all-inclusive beachfront hotel, Jewel Grande Montego Bay Resort & Spa, has opened its doors in Jamaica.
Located on a private cove about 15 minutes from Sangster International Airport, the Jamaican-owned all-inclusive resort includes a 30,000-square foot island villa-inspired Grande Spa.
The new addition to the Jewel chain of resorts offers three beachfront towers— Sabal, Silver and Sentry – and 11 villas for a total of 217 accommodation options.
An assortment of dining offerings catering to discerning palates, personal butler service, 25,000 square feet of customizable meetings space, and an elaborate villa inspired spa sanctuary are only a few of the noteworthy offerings gracing this island escape. Jewel Grande is managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, a long time operator for the resort portfolio in both Jamaica and Orlando.
“It is an honor to launch one of the most exciting luxury all-inclusive resort openings in the Caribbean,” said Dave Johnson, president and CEO of Aimbridge Hospitality, in a written release. “This bespoke beachfront location provides the ideal backdrop for our distinctive and curated experiences that are personalized for all of our guests. Unparalleled hospitality is our inspiration with the new Jewel Grande.”
Staying true to native Jamaican remedies and ingredients, the two story 30,000-square foot island villa-inspired Grande Spa offers locally based Spa Rituals curated by Reggaelates founder and yoga instructor, Sienna Creasy.
This wellness area also houses a unique Himalayan Salt Halotherapy Lounge and one of Jamaica's first Gharieni Quartz therapy massage tables, which are best known to provide mental harmony, detoxification, and an immune system boost.
Jewel Grande Resort provides 12 culinary options from white table cloth fine-dining venues to casual eateries poolside. It is also a great option for business travelers as the hotel features 25,000 square feet of meeting space.
