Chef Daniel Humm and restaurateur Will Guidara – the individuals behind “World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017” winner Eleven Madison Park in New York – will debut their concept, NoMad Restaurant, at NoMad Las Vegas on Wednesday, November 14. The eatery is the newest offering at the just-opened hotel within Park MGM, a collaboration between Sydell Group and MGM Resorts International.
With a design overseen by French architect Jacques Garcia and inspired by the renowned Royal Portuguese Cabinet of Reading in Rio de Janeiro and the Library of NoMad New York, this new NoMad Restaurant features 23-foot ceilings and a menu that is based off of American classics.
For Las Vegas’ NoMad Restaurant, Chef Humm conceived large-format communal courses to be served alongside an extensive selection of salads, pastas, and entrees, complemented by a menu of dishes for two, including the acclaimed NoMad Roast Chicken.
The cocktail program for NoMad Restaurant is managed by Bar Director Leo Robitschek of Make It Nice, who helms the nearby NoMad Bar and is the recipient of the 2014 James Beard Award for Outstanding Bar Program and 2017 Spirited Awards “America’s Best Bar Team” honor. The NoMad Bar, which opened on October 12, offers a menu of shareable plates, snacks, sandwiches, pastas, and more; serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night meals.
