Rosina, a new cocktail retreat at The Palazzo Las Vegas, will debut this December, the second of three new cocktail bars planned for the resort.
From hospitality veterans Sam Ross and David Rabin—the team responsible for The Venetian's award-winning lounge The Dorsey—Rosina will have a menu comprising all the classics.
"Like the world-class restaurant experiences we see on the Strip, The Venetian and The Palazzo are reimagining the conventional notion of casino cocktails," Sam Ross, creator of The Dorsey’s and Rosina's menus, said in a written release. "There is a trailblazing cocktail culture unfolding at these resorts. With Rosina, your enjoyment is enhanced by attention to detail.”
Case in point: Rosina's most innovative feature, a "Champagne Call Button," allows guests to have their flute topped off, simply with the push of a button. Other cocktails on the menu include the Negroni, Manhattan and the Dark and Stormy. Intimate by design, Rosina will seat just under 65 guests.
Rosina will have an Art Deco flair, with shimmering shades of black, champagne, rose gold and blush. The façade of solid brass molding and custom-shaped glass resemble a faceted jewelry box with bold brass inlayed flooring throughout. The bar will also have hand-crafted crystal lighting, tufted leather seats displaying the Rosina monogram, pink velvet chairs in the lounge area and curtained banquette tables flank the bar.
The third yet-to-be-named bar will be coming in 2018.
