Jamaican resort Round Hill Hotel and Villas announced two additions to its management team: Issia Thelwell as sales and marketing manager, with responsibility in social media management, and Yanique Crewe as catering sales manager.
Thelwell brings four years of experience in the hospitality industry, most recently as operation manager at Hyatt Ziva & Zilara Rose Hall. In her new position she will work with the sales and marketing team to nurture the property’s current client relationships, as well as build new ones.
With more than seven years of experience in marketing, public relations, event management and customer service, Crewe most recently worked at Iberostar Rose Hall Hotel as group sales and conventions manager. At Round Hill Hotel and Villas, she will work with the resort’s culinary, food and beverage and operations staff, overseeing wedding and group-related events. Additionally, she will assist the sales and marketing team with client relationships related to the resort’s catering services.
Round Hill Hotel and Villas is a tropical hillside resort located just west of Montego Bay, Jamaica. Situated on a 110-acre peninsula, the property offers 36 oceanfront guest rooms, 90 villa rooms and suites and 27 private two- to six-bedroom villas. Amenities include an infinity pool, tennis courts, a spa and more.
