Sandos Hotels & Resorts has unveiled upgrades at all four of its all-inclusive properties in Mexico. The new offerings showcase a new resort tower, new and refreshed restaurants and bars, elevated amenities, curated programming, and more.
Sandos Playacar in Playa del Carmen has unveiled a new Platinum Tower, home to 40 rooms. The 538-square-foot rooms offer ocean or garden views. The Platinum Tower suites can accommodate up to four guests (two adults and two children per room), furnished with either a king bed or two queens. The new suites also grant access to everything the 60-acre resort has to offer: 10 pools including the Select Club adults-only pool; 17 restaurants and bars; two waterparks; a full-service spa; tennis, paddle and pickleball courts; complimentary bikes; rescue animal barnyard; evening entertainment and themed-parties; and water sports center offering onsite kayaking, snorkeling, sailing and scuba diving.
Sandos Caracol Eco Resort invites guests to co-exist with the area’s native species including spider monkeys, coatis, howlers, baby raccoons and more. Expanding a diverse menu of included, free onsite offerings, the resort has unveiled two new F&B concepts, a renovated lobby bar, new beach club and new Cenote Venado.
Adding to the property’s 13-plus existing F&B experiences, Las Mascaras Restaurant offers a new all-day Mexican-themed buffet. Additionally, El Nido is a new full-service, 24-hour dining experience dedicated to tacos, located near the beach and pools. Sandos Caracol’s signature lobby bar, L’Elephant, has also been refreshed. The property’s new adults-only beach club is reserved for guests staying in the Select Club (18-plus) section of the resort. Outfitted with new lounge chairs and hammocks, the space is home to a resident DJ.
To meet the rising demand for adults-only destinations, Sandos Cancun has officially transitioned into the brand’s first “18 and up” resort in Mexico. The adults-only property now offers a refreshed look and overhauled programming, including a refreshed sixth-floor Premium Bar with an updated mixology program and coffee specialties.
On Mexico’s West Coast, Sandos Finisterra is nestled on a cliff overlooking the Baja Peninsula’s famous land’s end with access to downtown Los Cabos’ marina. The property has added two pickleball and one padel court to its existing tennis and basketball facilities.
