Serenity at Coconut Bay, a couples-only resort in Saint Lucia, has announced the launch of a new travel advisor portal. This user-friendly portal allows advisors to book directly with the resort for the lowest guaranteed rates, air and hotel packages, and travel insurance.
Good to know: Travel professionals booking seven-night stays or longer directly via the portal will earn a 15 percent commission and a double bonus up to $300 through September 30, 2024, when they register their bookings. These extended stays will also include the resort’s "Grand Romance Package," valued at $1,200. (The "Grand Romance Package" includes a couples massage, sunset catamaran cruise, a private candlelit pool cabana dinner, a full-day beach cabana, a full-day pool cabana, a private beach picnic, and a private chauffeured island tour.)
To get started, travel advisors must enroll in the resort’s reward program using their IATA number and register new bookings via the portal at cbayresort.com/traveladvisor.
Serenity at Coconut Bay offers 36 Plunge Pool Butler Suites with personalized bars, soaking tubs, rain showers, private plunge pools, hammocks, 24/7 butler service and more. The Serenity dining experience includes everything from breakfast in bed, moonlight dinners, casual poolside fare and gourmet meals at The Greathouse Restaurant. Menus include seasonal, locally sourced farm- and ocean-to-table ingredients.
The resort is just five minutes from Hewanorra International Airport and ideally located near attractions such as the drive-in volcano, waterfalls, the Piton Mountains and rainforests.
